Addendum

Because I don't want 15 stupid pounds to make you decide between me or her, a twerp who doesn't have a good chicken pot pie recipe or a recommendation about how to best strip wallpaper or a favorite ELO song or a funny story about Post-It notes.

In the Comments section, tell me to go to bed already, for Christ's sake.

    For my girls:

1 can cream of shroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup milk
    squeeze of half a lemon
    1 tbsp worceshitire (spelling? help?)
1 bag frozen peas and carrots
    1 onion, chopped
1 tube of refrigerated biscuit dough
    cheddar cheese
    2 cups cooked chicken

Okay, I usually sautee the onion, then I'll add my chicken.

While those two are hanging out, I mix the soups, sour cream, lemon, worcesshtire sauce in a big, big bowl. Then I add the milk, so it's to the consistency I like.

When the chicken's cooked, I add the bag of frozen peas and carrots to the pan. Let those warm through, about 3 minutes or so.

Then I dump the onions, veggies and chicken to the big sauce bowl and mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer that to a casserole dish

Then, I open the biscuit dough, and place the biscuits in one layer over the chicken mix. Bake according to the biscuit directions.

But, when there's five minutes left, sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top of the biscuits.

    Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
