Looking for a recipe to celebrate a lovely grilling day, I ran across a winner for grilled roast. At the end of the culinary directive:

Last night I grilled (charcoal, of course) some chicken breasts flavored by Lawry's Caribbean Jerk marinade. Yum.

dead chicken and texan steack and we dont serve its too much of an issue the party is usually concentrated around the fire so we eat of the fire

Well I tried to cook a steak this weekend, but I became confused when the recipe read to "prepare your grill by getting the fire really hot" and I burned the crap out of my mouth with the coals.
